Furnace rebates

I was talking with Questar yesterday on some rebate forms i was filling for a customer. He told me that only 60% of the people that installed new 90% and above furnaces this year got there rebate. Because the HVAC contractor failed to mention this to them. :>/ So if you got a new 90% furnace this year and did not get your rebate its not to late the rebate is $300 dollars .
