I'm not really the type but I have decided i'm going to buy myself an AR15 for christmas.
The way things are looking we might not be able to buy guns like that for much longer. Especially if the current front runner gets elected for pres.
Just wondering if any one else was thinking the same thing or if any body here had any advice for a first time AR buyer?

A good friend of mine purchased a Colt in 223 and it is a blast! I shot his bolt action 223 and I think for every 1 shot of mine, he shot 10. It is fun to just pull the trigger and watch brass fly! I don't know the first thing about AR-15's but his was sure a fun gun to shoot. Be prepared to either reload or buy ammo in bulk because you will go through a lot of it! Good Times!!!!
