Getting Ready

MN gun opener is Sat. Checked out the stand, cleaned the windows and got the heater ready. Forecast is for cold and wind. I use this stand early and late in the day. See a ton of deer. I hold out for a big guy. And will take 1 antlerless.
This is the view from inside the stand to the West. Just behind the Aspens is a brushy swamp of about 200 acres.

This is to the NW a open woods, has many scrapes and rubs.

The view is to the North, Winter Wheat and farther up is clover and rye grass.
