GMU 28 Second Elk Rifle Season Tips

I drew a tag in unit 28 this year, I have hunted here in the past but it has been about 10 years now and I know the area has changed. Can anyone give me any tips to make this a successful season?!? I know there is more private property up there than there used to be and I thought I heard that the Henderson Mill has expanded its boundaries since I was last there. Is that true? Any tips would be very helpful!
