Going on my second hunt in two weeks... question.

I'm expecting anywhere from 45-65 degree weather on my hunt in higher elevations. 50-70 was average during the day of my last hunt in the same place. Should I be expecting to find mule deer bedding in the shade of a North slope or the sun of a South slope?

I'm guessing South slope, but I'm not sure if 50-60 degrees is consider warm for deer.

Thanks.

I am no expert but based on my experience the deer will stick to their normal patterns. They have their winter coats and are ready for much colder weather than this. I would guess that they might stay out and feed longer or move around more during the day but bed in the typical areas you see them. When I have hunted them in November we typically find them bedded on North Slopes. just my .02
