Goldens and Tigers

Hi Madness friends,

The last month at work has been very busy. I'm dying to get out and do some scouting but haven't had the chance yet. Hopefully soon [-o<

I've lived vicariously in the past through the adventures of my younger brother. He's cool enough to let me share with you all. So here's the latest installment.

Many of you will recall the stories of my bro's roomate and the henries deer hunt last year. They went backpacking into the the windrivers and caught some awesome golden trout. Check out this double.
I'd better go with him next year so that I don't look back on life and wonder why I didn't go when I still could.

Hope you all enjoy living vicariously through my brothers adventures!

tisk,tisk,tisk...... you should be ashamed of posting pictures of fish and scenery like that. Don't you know that there are guys that can only dream that stuff. You got anymore picks? :thumb

Wow, those golden trout are amazing! The ones we used to catch were only 10 inches, with stories of 20 inchers. Awsome fish 10sign:

This must be a hungry tiger trout. My bro went back to his secret lake one week later and caught the same tiger trout in the exact same place, using the same worn out fly that was on the pole from the week before.

Not quite as severe as this starving brookie from a couple of years ago in the Uintas.

So I get a call from my brother. His friend Jasen had seen this post and wondered why I didn't post any of his fish. I wasn't sure if he wanted them out there but apparently he caught the heaviest golden of the trip so it needs to be posted too!

Here's some more fine golden trout catches to look at.
