Hello, just checking out your site. I had the chance to hunt with a friend/resident of castledale utah, in 2000. on a general non-resident tag. i found that utah is one of the most beautiful states i have seen. And was lucky to harvest a 2pointer [my first mulie] in hunnington. I have also submitted my application for the premium limited entry to pansaugaunt/henry mountains, and others. but yet to no avail. [his recomendation] My question is, is the hunting that good in the henrys, what should i expect/average wait for non-resident/any info would be appreciated, Thanks, Donald Cawthon.

I enjoy the site....but I think you need to remove that story about Marv's bull. WHAT A JOKE! First of all he shoots and hits a bull someone else is shooting at and never finds it, then shot \"his\" bull from the road (actually hood of the truck!!!!), and then complains that it wasn\'t one of the bigger ones! This guy should be banned from this site, and I hope I never see this cracker around my hunting grounds!!!

Came across your ad in the Washington-Oregon Game and Fish magazine as I was looking for a magazine for my Hi-Standard model H-D military pistol. My Dad bought the gun when I was about 13 back in Marquette ,Michigan,I'll be 63 in Dec.,so you can imagine how disappointed I was when I got back to deer camp last week in eastern Wa.to discover the clip missing, and here I find it on your web sight ! I am happy now! I doubt if Dad paid much more for the gun back in 1951 than what I am looking at now for the magazine, but thats ok by me.The serial number is 273159.
Enjoyed the storys and photos of the deer and elk, excellent web sight.

In the story, "Marv's Bull Elk", do you know what he means by, "road hunt"? I assume he means to drive down the road to spot elk, not to shoot them. Poor choice of words I think - don't get me wrong, I just think we are our own worst enemy sometimes by the things we say. Any anti-hunter could have a field day with that comment.

First time I ever visited your site. Tried to get information on Hondo NM as I and two other hunters will be hunting on the Fourwinds Ranch, Nov. 7th-11th 2001. Wanted to know what to expect of the deer herd there, the weather and other game to hunt. It's always nice to here from someone othe than the outfitter where you will be hunting. This will be my first trip to NM to hunt. I am an avid whitetail hunter here in Va but don't know exactly how to hunt the NM Muley. Guess I'll glass and stalk most of the time. If there is anyone out there that can give me some comments via e-mail I sure would like to here from them. Your website is awsome. Safe hunting. FAT HATCH!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey Guys and Gals at MuleyMadness.com,
Your site is wonderful and very informative. I have been trying to find information specifically for a Wyoming hunt. I know this may not be your territory of expertise. But as a suggestion for your site, maybe take a look at having some locale Icons (by state or county and state). This would help people searching for hunting in specific areas.
Thanks again for what you have so far and good luck this fall.

Hello. I founded Colorado's first high-country chapter of the Mule Deer Foundation(MDF). The Buckhorn Chapter is based out of Eagle, CO. MDF is a national, non-profit, wildlife organization dedicated to the conservation of mule deer. The mule deer is the only big game species in the United States who's numbers are decreasing. The organization seeks improved mule deer management, protection and enhancement of deer habitat and a guaranteed future of healthy, stable herds. MDF has helped generate thousands of dollars for funding of projects in several Western states.
IT TIME TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE WESTERN STATE'S MOST ENDANGERED ANIMAL -- TROPHY MULE DEER. JOIN MDF TODAY AND START YOUR CHAPTER!!
If you have any Questions please contact me. One more thing, please add a link on the home page of MuleyMadness.com to the Mule Deer Foundation website.
Best Regards

I enjoyed your site and plan to check in often.
I am an avid whitetail hunter here in Ohio, but
we are anxious to give Muley's a try. We have
an ongoing debate here, in that Whitetail and
Mule deer can cross breed. My friend says that
Whitetails are in fact contributing to Mule deer
decline by taking away habitat and does. I was
hoping you might have an answer to our debate.
thanks!

Very nice site to visit. My brother and I have a trip planned to Wyoming in October. We both have mule deer tags. Our interest has been how to score or know you have a trophy buck in your sights. I am familiar with White tail and how to score them. Is it similiar or is it very different.
The pictures are helpful in this issue, but some rules of thumb would be helpful. Thanks for the response if you could accomodate.
Will be visiting the site a little more later.

Dear Muley Madness,
Although we enjoyed the splended videos you have posted, and await with great anticipation for the upcomming attractions,we strongly oppose of all game hunting with the acception of the indian style(using everythig whatsoever). We hope that when you recieve this, you will understand our point of view.In conclusion,we have constructed a poetic opinion of our feelings:
Deer
To kill an animal is killing a creation of GOD
Why does it set off so much joy
To shoot at a deer like its a toy
But once you've shot
Its too late
You've already determined thier horrible fate
To kill an animal is killing a creation of GOD

amazing creatures, and even living in the Northeast I can't get them out of my system. Keep

Last season was my first hunting trip, Oct. 2000. I am 29 years old. I am female. I had married one of the best men in the world, at least I think so. He got me interested in hunting and I shot my first Mule Deer last seaon. He was a two point. With one forked horn on the right side. I shot him from about 300 yards. It was great and now I am hooked. We both enjoy just about the same things. A matched made in heaven so to speek.

We have great mule deer and other big game hunting. Since many Americans come to Alberta to hunt, wouldn't it be a good idea to include Canada in the guide section?

Read the story about Marvins HUGE elk. I wouldn't call "road hunting" hunting. I really "liked" the part about shooting over the trucks hood. I assume the truck was still on the road. It's illegal in most states to shoot from a road. Unless ol' Mav is handicapped, which I doubt, ( he obviously wasn't very prepared as evedenced by the dull knife ) I would have been ashamed tell tell anyone this story.

Great site! Everyone will have an opinion, but keep doing what you want. Let them do their own website, and put what they want on it. I envy you, not only do you have a nice sight, but it's about doin' what you love!

Ivan,
Sorry for the misleading comment on the sheds page. If you look at our Antelope info page,"www.muleymadness.com/pronghorn.html" you will notice we do in fact have the correct information posted. The comment on the sheds page was misleading and has been removed.
Thanks for noticing and helping out!! Keep it up!

I was wondering why you put the remark about the antilope sheds in the picture page. Antilope shed their sheaths every year, apperently you don't know that, and may miss lead some people to believe that they don't. I my self have found many sheds.

yes, Mr. Andrew wilson
this website is most impressive. I must say you do nice work. although these are some stunning pictures of muleys, i think that you should have some pictures of, you know, "bigger bucks."
I, on the other hand have some nice photos. you know, i caught the dads on film, not just their offspring like you seem to have. if you look into the genetics of deer you may find that down the road deer get bigger. so you may want to look for the bigger deer next time. if you want to get big mule deer pics then I suggest you contact me. then maybe you really will be muleymadness.
sincerly,
mr. clayt cutler

I am new to looking at web pages, but based on the activity I see on Monstermuleys web page, I believe you should do well. Suggestion would be to peruse what is posted on information requests and respond if no one else has so the new people like myself at least know someone looked and had no answers. Thanks Allen

Yo your web page is the baddest on the net. Brett is my favorite because he kills the biggest bucks in the world. I want to place my add on your site if you will let me. I'm going to advertise Brett Wilson as a hunting guide in Southern Utah. Take care, Kyle.
