I hope you have the day off. I immagine that it is not a fun day off because you are probably laying in your bed moaning with all kinds of muscle soreness from your latest P90X workout. Go ahead and moan and lay around. It's your birthday. Your family will put up with it for today. lol

Thats funny stuff right there. Actually the sore muscles are not there anymore. My body is used to the work out finaly. It took me almost 3 weeks to get there but its getting a little easier.
