I hunted with a buddy who had one of those. Two days into the hunt we swithed it back to the whisker biscut. If you even looked at it cross-eyed the arrow would fall off one side or the other

I've been think about giving it a try as well. Seems like you'd still get the ability to hike around with an arrow nocked, and have less friction on the arrow than the Whisker Biscuit. But I haven't tried it yet. Has anyone?

I have 2 one on my bow one on my sons. We have the original hostage rest not as much adjustment as the hostage pro in the link but basicaly the same concept. They work fine for myself and my son. Actually in the begining last year he had trouble with strength pulling his bow back and his arrow kept falling off his rest when he drew back. I got him the Hostage rest and it was never a problem again.

I bought the Hostage Pro because I liked the concept of a Whisker Bisket with Fletch clearance. I have to be honest, I hate it! 50 shots with it and couldn't hit consistent groups and had significant wear on the whiskers. Took it to a Pro Shop to see if I had it adjusted right. He told me he thought it was trash. I honestly would stick with a QAD or a Rip Cord.
