Okay bird experts what type of Hawk is this?

I am no Hawk expert (You would THINK I was by my log-in name) but I believe it's a Kestrel...also known as a sparrowhawk.

The most common waterfowl is as far as my knowledge goes. Pretty little bugger though.

That is an "American Kestrel". I know that because I'm a gei, gesn,gie, smart,,,,,,,and looked it up in my bird book! :lame

This bird is an American kestrel and judging from the plumage it is a male. Males and female kestrels have different plumage, the female's back doesn't have the blue like the male's. Kestrels are small falcons and these are great photos here!! I love birds so keep them coming. When I get in the digital age I will have to share some photos.
