Headed to the Wasatch

Headed out on Tuesday for the Wasatch for a little muley and elk achery hunting. Pretty stoked. Just put a muzzleloader hunter on a nice 5x5 this morning so hopefully a little luck will follow me. Anybody been hearing bugling bulls in the Wasatch extended area? Hope you Utah boys don't mind us Nevada boys coming to stomp around. Good luck to everyone!!

I killed a really good bull a few years back in the southern Wasatch. Shot him on my birthday September 21st, 2004. One of my better birthday gifts. 354"

Thanks for the comments. It took me nine years of applying to get that tag. I was very happy to come out of there with a good bull. I can start applying again in 2010. I have 4 mule deer points and may ask later about suggestions on where to apply next year. Hopefully the winter will be nice to the deer herds.

good luck with hearing any bulls bugleing on the wasatch front extended area they are few and far between. The deer hunting also this time of year is tough as it gets. you will have your work cut out for you.
