wondering where to find elk at on the wasatch front? ive herd there up there just havent seen any at all

This is a tough hunt, even if you know where to find the elk. So many hunters, so few elk and steep mountains covered in thick brush. This is also a topic that most hunters won't respond to, since they've put in all of years of effort finding an area. I have been all over the front, and seen elk only a few times. I am ready to move to Montana.

Wait for the other hunts to end. The extended goes long after all the others are over. Give it time for weather to move in and the temp to drop and you can find em. They are in there along with some monster bucks.

Ya that's what people keep sayin be patient. I'm just so stoked to get some action and put one down. Not lookin for a trophy but wouldn't pass one up either.
