If the picture was taken in Africa I would say a lion. Could be a big cat with a damage tail? The way the shoulders are positioned, dogs don’t lower the heads in that fashion.
My guess is big Kitty

looks to me like some idiot photoshoped the tail off a leapord,look at the end of the tail and where the rest of it should be.

It was my buddy from north Wa, He worked for wilfe life animal and He set some cuddeback camera up there and got some pic to forward me asked me what I think so my guess is a lost dog in forest. probablly Great dan dog being lost. it was about 30 miles up mountain from valley.
