Help on St. Anthony Sand Dunes...

I was wondering if anyone has ever shed hunted the St. Anthony Sand Dune area. I use to ride horses out on the dunes years ago, but because of all the ATV's now, I haven't been there in a while. I would like to go try my hand at shed hunting the area, but have no clue as to where to start looking. I live about three hours away from there and its hard to go scout when you live so far away. I would really appreciate any help to get us in the right direction. I don't have an ATV and would be walking. I looked at some topo maps, but they didn't give me much help. Thanks in advance.

I don't know anything about the dunes or even what state they are in but I would have to ask myself a few questions about them. Do they hold a food source for deer and elk? Do they have water? These things will be needed to make a good winter range. Also, are there a lot of people riding ATV's in this area during winter? If they are then the game might avoid the area. I am pretty sure your talkin about the ones in St. Anthony Idaho?......I havent been there before for sheds or heard how well it is for sheds, But i know there are deer out there so you might have a good chance...good luck!
