Help with unit 16e n.m

Hello, I'm new to this site and looking for some help with unit 16e.Drew this unit as my last choice.What i need is help getting access to Luera mt. I was there this past weekend and it was all posted! Is there any other way in? Thanks in advance any help would be appreciated.
