Hey Guys! This girl needs your help!

Hi I am new to your forum and have been checking it out for a few days. I would like to get to know you guys and I would like you to get to know me. I've been hunting with my family since I was a child and it has become a passion that has further developed into adulthood. I hunt every year for deer and elk in WY and sometimes UT. I have also had a few opportunities to hunt other animals in other areas. A few months ago I came across a contest that asked for you to write an essay explaining why you are a hardcore woman hunter. I decided to send an essay in just for fun. Well I just recently found out that I was chosen to be one of the top ten finalists in the world. In order for me to win now I have to get public votes. I am very new to the forum world and have joined a few since I found out about the contest. I have made some amazing friends all over the world due to these forums. I hesitate to jump in like this but the only way I can get the word out that I need help with votes, is to go to large public areas and introduce myself. I am not only here to ask you to check out this contest, but I would also like to hear about all your hunting experiences as well. If you are interested in looking at it, go to:

I'm sorry but I had to vote for another lady after reading all of the stories. This does not mean I am not impressed by your credintials but I chose the women I felt most deserving.

I ALSO VOTED FOR SOMEONE ELSE MORE DESERVING. SEEMED TO ME LIKE THE GALS THAT GOT PICKED HAVE CASH AND HAVE HUNTED ALL OVER THE WORLD. GIVE SOMEONE ELSE THAT HASN'T HAD THE OPPROTUNITY A SHOT AT A GOOD HUNT. JMO

wow way to be rude there i voted for her cause i like what her esay was i can care less if she has money or hunted around the world. thats her deal the contest is for the best essay and hers was the best in my book. just cause someone has money doesnt mean they aint deserven.

Thanks for all the help, and I am actually putting the sheep hunting video together right now to post. It will be a few days but keep checkin my facebook page. Also.....so that there is no disappointment.....I had white long johns under my pants. However, it is the funniest thing ever. My husband had seen a video from Kent Roberts sneaking up on a bighorn sheep with a bow and he used a white towel on his butt to mimic a sheep. Well I had been in there for 2 weeks with only a backpack and didn't bring a white towel. So I just pulled my britches down and rebuttoned them closer to my knees, and started acting like I was grazing. When I looked up....the ram was coming toward me. I was shocked....but i got a 27 yard shot!!!! Amazing!!! I can't wait to meet Kent Roberts and thank him for this new technique. I'm thinking about trying it on deer and elk???? You guys should try it!!!!!
