Well, there are a number of ways. To start, there are some free sites out there that you can utilize.

Myself, I just use the standard paint program that comes with just about every personal computer out there.

If you have "paint" on your computer, this is how you do it.

1. Open the Paint program

2. Open your picture in this program

3. Click on "image" on the upper tool bar

4. Then click on "resize/skew"

5. In the Horizontal and Vertical boxes, change the percentage numbers. They will automatically come up at 100%. I normally resize mine to 30-45% of max.

I am a computer "dummy" and have found this to be the easiest for me.

This works great for me and is really easy to use. Hope this helps.

Once again Hawk is the man! The paint resizing is the easist thing I've tried. I wish I would have known about it before struggling with PhotoBucket.com and PostImage.org. Both sites served their purpose but it is sure alot nicer to place an uploaded attachment (inline) rather than having a thumbnail posted that someone has to click on to make it larger. Thanks for sharing your tip. And if your a computer dummy, I'm learning from you so what does that make me?
