How much dose it take?

How many bonus points did you have in a limited entry area when you drew?

I drew out for bear with 4 points and the Wasatch elk with 5 points.
My friend had 11 points for wasatch elk this year and drew out.

I dont know if it really matters how many points you have.

depends on the weapon of choice, res or non res?

if your a res. and early rifle, it could be 7-8 more yrs before ya draw, or it could be next year

never know thats why its a draw. took my uncle 25 years to draw a once in a lifetime henrys bison, i drew o.i.l. wasatch moose in two years and my other uncle took over 15 years for sw des elk another guy drew archery elk sw des after max pts. its pretty much just luck. but ill bet with 12 on monroe it could easily take a few more years but you may draw next year also ya never know. just keep putting in and your number will come eventually good luck. i think usaully ya draw when its the worst time to draw like for me i drew that moose tag when work is slow and fuel prices are through the roof and my buddy drew an elk tag when he was in the middle of building his house. its just murphys law to draw it at the worst time possible but im not complaining ilk take it when i can get it
