Just for you Muley Shed Freak.
Well the first thing you do is make sure they are froze completely through so they are stiff. Then you cut as much off as possible i.e. legs neck head and what not. Then you get four guys to grab it and another guy to hold the horse. It takes a lot of grunting and the old guys seem to cuss under their breath every time the horse takes a step away but it is possible lol
