Huge Mule Deer

Here's a few HUGE mule deer I've been fortunate to have measured for folks over the years. Thought you might enjoy some photos during this "off-season" blues.

Believe it or not this buck was shot in the desert of CALIFORNIA near the Colorado River about 10 years ago. It grosses well over 200" and nets just under 200".

Here's an absolute MONSTER of a non-typical from Arizona. If you're looking for a B&C non-typical that will make the all-time book.....this is it. Grossed well over 240"....net 237".

Holy smoke! Man Roy, I never would have guessed that the first one was a California Buck! I know that they pull some pretty nice ones out of the NE portion of the state but that one is a beast!

As for the Non-typ in the second pic, I LOVE the way that the main beam tynes bend downward. Really I great lookin' buck with mega-mass!

Where in Arizona was that shot? I have seen a mount of some sheds with the same long beams just wondering if they are realated.

That is what I thought, the sheds were also from the Kaibab I'm not exactly sure where they are probably related only the mount had a 37"-38" spread. I'd post a pic only the gas station where it was hung was sold and I don't know where the head is.
