Sounds good =D>

I cooked up a nice antelope roast tonight, some of the best meat I have ever had. Nothing like wild game for dinner. Even the wife liked the antelope. What is y'alls favorite wild game? I would have to say mine is antelope, cooked with red potatoes and carrots with a nice gravey over the top. Boy was it good. Lets hear what you guys like.

I've been eating camel burgers for the last few months. Does that count as wild game? :))

Mine is bear meat. My favorite. Cooked in a dutch oven with a honey teriyaki maranade.

Without a doubt my favorite is elk roast. I picked up a recipe off of the UDWR forms last year that's incredible.

i wouldn't go that far :>/ the couple antelope i've shot left alot to be desired :>/ BUT: i will say that i didn't have them on ice real fast, didn't really know you needed to, i just made sure i had the hide of as fast as possible and took it to the meat proceser. does it make THAT much of a difference in taste?? i ended up giving all mine away. the people i gave it to really loved it. know that you put it like that, i would like to try it again, if it was on ice fast, and see if i liked it better.

but my favorite is elk steak and also my moose from alaska was awsome! my wife has even mentioned that hopefully i can go back to alaska and get another one because it was so gooooooood![ my pleasure honey :)) , you know i just want to be the family provider :)) ]
