I get to be the pack horse

Got back to town sunday from my water fowl trip to Sask and stopped in to have coffee with the crew I hunt and fish with alot of the time, Most of the crew had been over by the Idaho line hunting elk the week before so I wanted to get the skinny on the hunt, trip had been a big bust from the sounds of things, an outfiter moved into the area about 4 years ago and starts in early Sep and is over hunting the area pretty hard.
Then they told me that the only guy with a moose tag had not got his moose yet, about that time he came in and asked if I had any time of the latter part of the month, well I just happen to be off the week he wants to go.
It's a free trip if you don't count packen out a moose and I still got a elk tag thats good for any elk in that area. I'll take the shot gun and bang up some grouse and ducks too.
