I glassed these lions in southern AZ. I watched them for about 10 hours. They were only about 25 pounds so I did not shoot one

I would have shot both, when you have a mother and a cub they kill more, not for the food but to show the cub how to hunt. not because they need it. but that is just me.

Lions are an improtant predator. They may kill a number of deer, but to me (and other predator hunters) having a viable population of lions is as improtant as the number of deer they kill.

More deer fawn's are lost to scower's every year than can be documented to lion loss. Lion's should be hunted but not because they eat deer. Hail,I eat deer, are you going to shoot me?

I would rather the cats kill the deer. than the deer die of disease or killed by cars. both kill more than cats.thanks for pics I would have filmed for my kids.wait for a bigger one!
