i got a question?

Sould elk be buglen this time of year. cause i got som bugles while hunting the other day, between to big bulls.

I've heard elk bugle all year long. Not sure why they do it but I hear it alot in the spring when I'm out setting up my cameras in the spring.

I know that when their is a good size herd they can be very vocal all year long.

thnks you guys. i was just strange to see big bulls bugleling in december.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't bugeling the way bulls communicate and cows and calfs chirp? I've heard them late in the season, too, but never thought it was odd. I always figured the bulls were just more vocal during the rut.
