Idaho elk in unit 54????

has anyone seen an elk down there.I scouted over labor day and saw nothing with only 15 tags for this unit I really don't want to screw up.I've been told that elk come up out of Box Elder county in Utah.Can anyone confirm that?This is my first hard to draw tag&I've only shot 1 small raghorn.

Some very good bulls in that unit. We have been watching them all summer. Stay in the thicker stuff close to the border and you should see some decent bulls. Good luck!!
