Anybody want to move to Idaho and build your dream home on a bluff overlooking the Payette River? It is located just outside the city limits of Fruitland, Idaho. There are endless recreational possibilities both on the property as well as within just minutes drive.
My family is trying to sell a 9.19+/- Acres piece of property which is basically divided in two by a stream that runs across and creates a bluff. There is a bout 30 feet elevation change from the top of the bluff to the bottom land that is between the stream and the Payette River. The lower portion between the stream and the river would be ideal for horses. There may even be opportunity to mine the gravel off the lower part and make back some of your initial investment.
There is a small (1400sf) home on the property and there is also a 30x50 finished metal building and a well and septic system.

We still have the banker he was working with ready to roll on this with an appraisal in place. Just need someone to step in with a little down payment and pretty good credit who wants a dream peice of property to build their dream house on the bluff overlooking the Payette River just outside of Fruitland, Idaho. Lots of wildlife and recreational opportunities. The existing house and shop provide some income ($1,100 / month) and there is a well already in place.
