What can a non resident expect if one were to try a WMA for Mule Deer in Idaho? Are they over crowded? Is the hunting any better or worse than picking a spot to hike into away from a WMA?

You would be better off just hunting anywhere else. There are not a lot of extra benefits hunting in a WMA.
