Insight on Arizona 12B West Unit?

I drew a tag for Arizona's 12B West hunt November 13-19. I am an avid mule deer and elk hunter but have not spent any time in that particular area of Northern AZ. If you have drawn the tag or know the area and would be willing to offer any info, I would appriciate it. Happy Hunting and good luck to UT bow hunters lettin' loose in the morning!

Hunt as close to the state line as you can..........but also check the burn area as well.

I hunted the unit in 05 on the late hunt same one you have, and had a ton of fun. Unfortunately it was a lot warmer than I'd have liked. I saw alot of deer, lots of small bucks, couple of good ones, but like I said the weather was way warm, and I've seen some good bucks out there since then.

had that hunt last year, check the fringers coming off the top west side of house rock road north to the utah border. also the east side of hiway 89 heading north to ferdona a mile to 2 in at 12aw and 12b border . good luck ps . got a 206" buck in that area. :
