is there a place to find a deleted post

I got excited again when I caught another spammer. He was selling cheap kitchens in some other country or something. Anyway, I should have noted his user name so Brett could delete his worthless butt!
Is there a way to find his name by checking the deleted posts? It says to give a reason why your deleting a party, and that the mods would be able to see why, so where do you see that?
