Kansas Applications

Just got an e-mail from KS that said that it is time to apply and that all Nonresidents must apply online. It made me mad that I was going to be charged a $10 convenience fee. I got to thinking that I hate that AZ makes me use paper apps and now I am mad that KS makes me file online. Just no pleasing some people.
