La Sal Limeted Entry Elk

Looking for some info on the La Sal limted entry elk hunt. Buddy has a tag and was wondering what part of the unit to concentrate on while hunting. Was told to ckeck out the northeast end of the mountain, not really familiar with the area. Anybody know this area and is it worth checking out. Not looking for honey holes just simple answers. Yes or No. Thanks for the help.
