Okay all you current and former LAB owners, I'd like to know what tips you have for the following...
How to...
1. prevent them for chewing non-stop? (I know it's not all bad, but just don't want ONLY a chewing dog)
2. separation anxiety? (only pet I have)
3. bath how often?
4. leave food in bowl all day or what she eats then remove dish until next feeding?
5. put collar on them right away?
6. use leash right away?
7. other tips please?
more questions later and to come I'm sure.

As for your questions:
- Bathing would depend on if you are going to have them as an indoor dog.
- The labs I have had would eat all day long if you let them. I have just given them what food maker recomended, and that is it. A treat here and there as well.
- I would put a color on them right away. Might as well get used to it. Same with the leash.
If so lets see some pics.
Yes a Yellow Pure Bred LAB.
Here she is...
The keeping you up at night will end. Just ask 9er. lol
Crud you would be winning your head off as well if you were only a little guy and ripped
away from your mama!
brett, yes the whining will stop!!! I promise :) but................................... as soon as your pup stops whining, you will hear Deadi whining cuz i just kicked the crap out of him for his smart remark :)) :)) :))

Bring it on 9er
1. Have plenty of chew toys, raw hide bones, pigs ears etc. Play fetch with these toys, she will learn to chew on these instead of Your shoes. :thumb
2. Dogs love companionship, seem like especially Labs. :-k So ](*,) Get her a puppy.
3. Bath??? When needed or when You think she needs it. Mostly for Your comfort not Hers. During hot weather a small pool of water, she will appreciate.
4. Feed her twice a day. and after a while limit the quantity. They tend to get overweight, ummm like people.
5. Use collar when needed, and it's good to get her used to it.
6. Same as 5.
7. Kind words, hugs, praise, treats, some firmness when needed, and go ahead and spoil Her, or them. :thumb
