Laramie Peak Late Cow Season

I have never been elk hunting, does anyone have tips for hunting the laramie peak area for the Nov thru Jan cow season?

theres plenty of elk on the peak. The hard part is access, call G&F in Cheyenne and get the biologist Name and phone # and see who will give access to hunt cows.
