late season bowhunt

I'm planning on doing a late season hunt possibly next weekend (Dec 13th). I've never chased em' late season and just wondering if anyone has any late season tips. I'm planning on doing mostly spot and stalk as usual...sitting in a blind for an extended period of time might get a bit chilly. Thanks for any imput

sounds fun just make sure you know the rules I think you can only take a doe if so good luck!

What area will you be hunting? Usually, the more south you are the later the rut.

I will be hunting in Western North Dakota and yes bucks are still for the taking

It sounds like you are hunting the badlands and if you are, I'd try to get up high and glass. Bucks should be on the move. If the area you're hunting is flat, find the does and stay with them, as buck should be moving through looking for hot does, that didn't get bred the first cycle.
