lawsuit against scent-lok,scent-bloker

anyone hear about the classaction lawsuit against these companies? here is a little write up on it http://outdoorlife.blogs.com/newshound/2007/09/scents-dollars.html apperently to reactivate it you have to get it up to 600 degrees, [which no house dryer will get anywhere near that temp] so it's basically a normal set of close after 60 days. is this all true?? or rumer?

Although, hunting mulies is a bit different than hunting whitetails. I've never been busted by a mulie or an elk, that I know of, but I have been busted by whitetails before. Can't say if this stuff ever worked or not but in therory it made sense.
Like I said playing the wind for me is still number one and I will not rule out some of the newer technology either but I am not going to spend big bucks on it or ever think it is going to make me scent invisible.
