LE Elk Pahvant, Management Bull Elk

My dad was called by the UDWR on the 28th of October telling him that he was a recipient for a Management Bull Elk Permit in the Fillmore Pahvant area. I'm guessing that he must have been an alternate. Anyway I was wondering If there was anybody that would be willing to share some info on were to find some smaller management bulls. . My father is 75 years old and I would love to see him take a nice Management Bull. The hunt actually starts on the 8th of November.
