I see alot of people with game camera posts with mineral licks and black magic on the ground. Is this legal? Is this legal in Utah?

So does that mean its legal to hunt over it to? Or just put it out for trail cams because i seen nothing in the proclamation about it?

Its considered baiting, but it is legal to hunt deer and elk over bait in Utah.

highly illegal in MT,they still have some standards.

Don't even think about it in CO unless your are raising deer or elk as livestock.
