Idaho, unit 10,12 and theres a couple others in the area, otc tags and you can buy a second tag for $34! supposely alot of bears in the area. I am thinking of doing it this year, never hunted that area, but have taken alot of bears in the fall in WA

How are you wanting to hunt? Bait? Dogs? Spot and stalk? Archery? Gun?

Not sure about Idaho but bait and hounds have been outlawed in Wa. for about 10 years. I hate our law makers.
