Lower Kaibab muleys

Hello all, just wondering if anyone could offer advise on hunting mule deer in the lower kaibab Arizona. I'm not new to hunting but this is my first mule deer hunt. Lots of tall pines in the mountains. I've been scouting a lot but I see mostly smaller bucks. Not sure what type of habitat these mulies prefer.. They act different than whitetail! Thanks for any help guys..
