Martin Magcat

I've been checking out some bows as of late and am trying to decide on one that is inexpensive but not a piece of junk. Does anyone know anything about the Martin Magcat? Thanks in advance.

Don't know anything about the Martin Magcat...but I bought the Martin Tracer Magnum a couple of years ago and I'm happy with it. I like it, but am still a rookie.

I would look at the archery shop or the news paper ads for a used bow. You can find alot of them at this time of year. You will save a ton of money and get something more high end. Just look it over check the limbs for stress and look the riser for cracks, it will be fine. Let the guy last year pay the high price for the bow. Good luck.

I noticed you were from Utah go to KSL.com and look for used bows.

I don't have a magcat but I do have a Saber. I love it. It is a 70lb bow but I first turned it down to 50 and I am at 55 lbs now. I ultimately will have it at 60 lbs. Martin backs their equipment with great customer service not that others don't but you can't go wrong with a Martin.
