mod permissions work?

How many of you MODs are able to access all the features, I'm not sure the permissions are set correctly for moderators??

For example...you should be able to create polls for example and other things. CAN YOU??

I can use these. I haven't tried to do post a poll, so I'm not sure if I can access all of the features or not.
