monster! nevada bucks down!

hearin lots of rumors of big evada bucks that hav ehit the ground!!! have heard of a couple round 210-216 and one 246'' non typ...with a 16 inch inside spread and 21 outside yes i said 16 inside and 21 outside and yes i said 246"...any conformations? pics! lets see who can dig them up!

I heard that a local guy here in town tagged out on a monster buck. Can't confirm though and don't have pics.

I'm not saying that it's impossible for there to be those kind of bucks killed already but the archery season just opened up on August 1st so I'm not sure if they are rumors of dead bucks or bucks that people have seen, but who knows maybe the rumors are true.

From what I have found in my research there is a rumor of a buck being killed with a 16 inch inside spread scoring in the 240's. As rumor has it the hunter was guided by Greg Krogh so to see the pictures we will have to get permission to do so.

I dont know who is scoring these bucks but the one on monster muleys that is supposed to be 246 is more like 210 to 215 :>/ The one on muley crazy I would say is close to the 205 to 210 range :thumb But all in all great bucks 10sign:

i dunno that non has tons of mass big eye guards way tall he prob long main beams! deep forks and extras i dont think pic is doin justice i think its a monster buck just cause he is narrow doesnt mean a thing! i dunno if 246 is right or not but reguardless its huge

i would have agreed with NONYA and BIGR with that first pic, but if you check it out with all 4-5 picture, there is a TON af horn we cant see in the first picture, that sucker is a toad, and 246" ?? i wont doubt it for a second!

 Well, at first I thought, "No way that buck is even close to 240".".............then I saw the "rest" of the photos.........all those abnormal points add up quickly on that huge typical frame. I've also been fooled by photos before.........when I look at all the photos, I think it's definitely possible the buck could "gross" in the 240's. The official "net" score......will be lower though, IMO.

for some reason i cant see your pics BOHNTR
but they are probably the same "other" views i seen on another site.
the buck looks alot different/ way more extras than you could see in the first pic.

It is hard for me to look at those pics!

l am a NV resident and l would typically be hunting right now...
However, they make me excited to get out and hump the hills next weekend in southern Utah... it should be a new experience as l have never hunted in the promised land. It should be a good week. Good luck to everyone. l look forward to seeing everyones pics from their hunts...

Awesome animals, amazing bucks. Not trying to be rude here (I'm sure they have much better and different photos) but can someone explain to me why they tilt the head forward like that? I'm not a fan of that look, tip the head back and give us a normal look. :)

I think they tilt the head forward like that so you can see the entire rack. I agree though it doesn't look right or natural at all. Straighten them out so we get a more natural look.
