Monster San Carlos bull

Attached is a picture of a bull killed on the San Carlos Indain Reservation on 9/30 by Washington resident, Dan Agnew. The bull is a typical 8 x 7 with an estimated gross score of 428 and net score of 409.

The taking of this bull, together with three other 400" plus bulls, including a giant 421" non-typical taken by 19 year old Kristy Stevens at 15 yards, will be featured in an upcoming video/dvd entitled "Elk Hunting with the San Carlos Apaches II" that will be available in January, 2011. This video is being produced by Chappell Hunting Productions and will be a sequel to the popular "Elk Hunting with the San Carlos Apaches" video that was released in 2004.

It is a awesome bull, but i would like to know how much it cost him to hunt the Res ?.

What a BEAST! Awesome bull! Just reconfirming what's stated, but is it true that an 8X7 bull can still be considered typical? Once you get a couple extra points like that is it just a matter of how symmetrical it is to differentiate between typical and non typical?
