Those are awesome!

They key to timing is a long shutter speed. Either set the camera to 2 -5 seconds. My secret is actually putting the camera on "bulb" which leaves the shutter open until you take your finger off the trigger. You open the shutter, wait for a flash, and close the shutter. Keep a real high Aperture to let in as little light as possible.

You have the get a bolt pretty quick after you open the shutter or the pic will be blown out. Anyway, it's a blast trying to take the pics. My battery died on my camera right in the middle of the action ](*,) , but I managed to get 2 good ones.
