Morning on the pond

Whent out thismorning in high hopes of some quacker pounding. News said the storm was coming, I said great lets go.
Got to our spot, and there was a slight breeze but no birds, then the storm rolled in and still no ducks. I could not believe that the weather was not kicking up more birds. We saw a few and were able to get a couple but not near as many as we were thinking, we still had a good time. And the worse day in the field is still better than the best day of work right!
