Mountain Wedding Questions

I am getting ready to pop the big question and have been planning on having an outdoor mountain wedding. I want to do it somewhere along Mirror Lake HWY 150 in the Uinta's.
Does anyone have any previous experience doing this or any idea of any very reasonably prices venues in the area? (Around Kamas) We were thinking of just doing it in a very large meadow/campground sort of area. Would we need any special permit for a gathering of 100 or so?
Any input would be VERY appreciated!
Thank You!

Congrats!! I was married on the banks of a river in a National Forest on horseback. We had around 75 people attend and didn't need any permits. Afterward, we had a big bar-b-que and it was very casual.
It is a great way to get married if you both enjoy the outdoors. Oh, watch the calander! It's hard to forecast the weather that far ahead, but plan for anything! :thumb

This is pretty cool!!! I never thought about a wedding done in the outdoors, particularly
on the high mountains. I love the outdoors. I love camp sites. Thank you for giving me an idea
that this can be possible too. I want my wedding to reflect to my personality and the personality of my partner too. It really says what both of you are into and also your passion.
