Muley Hunting northern utah

I have drawn a tag for the morgan south rich chalk creek unit I'm new to the area and have been scouting for areas a coming up empty handed and now realizing there is a lot of private property and limited public access in this particular unit I would like to get a reasonable deer but have no idea where to begin like I said I'm new to the unit I have hunted only a couple times in north eastern but not northrn any help or tips for access is appreciatedim willing to hike and or ride in if nessesary willing to do what's s needed
