Muleys in Northern Utah

Has anyone scouted the Morgan area??? I've been there a few times but I haven't seen very much big stuff. I have permission to some land there but I'm not sure if it'd be better to go on public land that has some monsters
like Monte Cristo. Please give me some tips!!!!
