Mulies in the Rain?

Hey all I am new to the group. I live in SE Idaho and am an avid outdoorsman. I am 23 years old and been married for about 1.5 years. I love to hunt and fish. My passion is Waterfowling! I started big game hunting about 4 years ago. Since then I have bagged a few smaller bucks and a cow elk. All with a rifle.
This is my first year bow hunting and so far been in pretty close to a nice 4 point muley. I was about 50 yards but could not get a clean shot on him, plus he was rght on the edge of a private property fence so I opted not to even try and have to deal with the headache of contacting the landowner for permission to recover my deer. Ecspecially when its 80 degrees outside. I am deer hunting first to get tuned in and have some practice before I go after a big screamin bull when they start to rut.
Well the hunting has been slow for me the last week. I am mainly been going out about 6. Thats when I get off work. So I get a chance at an evening hunt. I have noticed though that the animals move at different times during archery than they do rifle hunting.
Well I have access to some private land. I was wanting to go hike up the draw to the fields this evening. I figure it would be better then trying to figure out the land when its still dark in the mornings.
My question is we are suppose to have some thunder storms this afternoon. When will the deer typically move. Before or after the storm, or both?
Thanks for any advice, I need all the help I can get.
