From September 1 - November 30 is the best time of the year. These three months keep me going all year long.

I love the HEAT of the summer, mainly because of big ole MULEY BUCKS. Obviously much more visible and can get closer for video and photography.

Fall is PURTY good also.

Don't get me wrong I love snow and frosty temps.
But spring sure is nice. by the time it rolls around winters gotten a little old and it just feels so good to not have to pull on those heavy boots and climb into that heavy coat.
BUT, when the thermometer starts dropping at this time of year I sure start getting excited as well for all the colors and the scouting trips and grouse hunts and no more blistering heat......
Hmmm. I can't decide. I'm torn

hmm i put fall but i like spring cause i can go look for some horns and i like summer cause well you see more deer then and there not all stressed. then i like fall cause its hunting season and i like winter cause i can go hunting coyotes.haha

I love the fall.....makes me lose sleep just thinking about it.

What? No else likes the cold? Actually my favorite time of the year runs from late August to the end of January. I start with archery deer and finish with waterfowl. With any luck I actually get to hunt. But then again, I do get to hunt varmints in late spring and early summer, and jack rabbits and coyotes all year long. I guess you could say I like whatever time of year I happen to be hunting.

 I know most people love fall because of hunting but I love it for so much more! the cool crispness in the air in the mornings! the beautiful colors of the trees! the frost on the ground while camping! school starting for the kids! haha

my 2nd favorite time is winter! I LOVE THE SNOW! love sitting around the house next to our fireplace! building snowmen & snowball fights with the kids! but then i also love spring! the beginning of new life, again the crispness in the air and baseball season starting! Summer is just to hot! wish it would stay under 80 degrees and i'd like summer more!

Once the snow hits I start to calm down some and feel good about life... The week it starts melting for good I turn back into once grouchy SOB

I HATE THE HEAT!!!!! CAN'T STAND SUMMER!! haha

25-30 degrees, 10-15 mph wind and 3 feet of snow is lovely!!!!!!!!!!
